WhatsApp?

There are three things I love about WhatsApp...

1. It's free to use
2. I can now make calls on it to anyone in my contact list who is also using WhatsApp
3. I can now read my WhatsApp messages on my computer!

I may be slow off the mark with the third reason why I like WhatsApp but I still love it and I'm sharing it with you may find it useful too.

Here are a few examples of how we use it at London Room Lets...

For every house we bring online, we create a WhatsApp group.

As our tenants join the house, we add them to the group.

The sorts of things we use it for are as follows:

• The shower is overflowing, please be careful when using it or use the upstairs bathroom while it's being fixed.
• The cleaner is coming on Wednesday instead of Thursday this week
• The window cleaner is coming sometime on Monday morning

The sorts of things they use it for...

• Cookies on the kitchen table - help yourselves
• A parcel arrived with no name and I signed for it.  It's in the dining room
• Remember Lola is cooking dinner on Sunday evening and Hanna is bringing the wine!

I love WhatsApp and recommend you download it from the App store (It's device neutral) and start using it to stay connected with your tenants, teams, JV partners, family and friends.
